Our women’s ministry was so blessed to have Anne Bercht speak for our event. She is a tender but passionate communicator with a biblical message to share. Somehow she speaks out of pain and healing in a way that keeps the focus on the Lord. She applies truth to her situation and ours in a winsome and hope-giving manner. We all left our time together encouraged, convicted, and ready to apply God’s Word to our situations. God has given her a message and a mission and your women will benefit from hearing her speak.

“I read your book, but reading your struggle with forgiveness again today really hit home. I had forgotten that part of the book. I remember telling my wife that forgiveness is easier if you never have to see the other person again. Healing a marriage to a healthy level requires not only forgiveness, but rebuilding of trust, knowing that your partner who has betrayed you has your back. That is a longer process for sure. You point this out in your book and it is so important. I should have re-read your book a few times as I healed, because my emotional state at the first reading, did not allow me to absorb everything. I read everything I could get my hands on at the time, but never thought to re-read any of them ! I think one retains things that one needs at the time one reads your book. In the beginning, I did not retain things that seemed so far away from possibility at the time. When I was just trying to survive day by day, forgiveness was not my priority – maybe not even a realistic concept for me in that moment. You continue to enlighten us every week.
